This Bill, prepared by the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, amend sections of the following two Acts, the Industrial Development Act 1982 (PGA 1982, Chp. 52, ISBN 9780105452829) and the Export and Investment Gurantees Act 1991 (PGA 1991 Chp. 67, ISBN 9780105467915). The purpose of the amendments in to increase the financial ceiling on assistance the Government can provide to industry. The Bill extends to whole of the UK.
